I have so many little moments and adventures to be shared from this year that I’ll probably be sorting through these photos for the next decade. Awhile back, I decided to break from chronological order and just post whatever I was feeling at the time—the main reason I haven’t said a peep about my previous trips to Copenhagen, Malmö, Amsterdam, and Brussels.
Somehow the stars all aligned today—or Mercury is out of retrograde—because these snapshots over Frederiksholm Kanal are only two days old! This second Copenhagen trip has an especially important place in my heart, but that’s a story for another time.
For now, I just wanted to show you this beautiful waterway, always full of tiny boats dancing in the breeze.
Of course my camera phone sucks and I over-filtered these shots to death, but it comes close to capturing the essence of that precise moment: warm and clear, surrounded by a sea of color.
